Tycho Enjoys the Long Weekend
Over at RichardDawkins.net, discussion is ongoing about an article in the New York Times in which the author ponders (rather simplistically) what makes we humans different from other animals.
Tycho, on the other hand, has been spending today doing exactly what we many human Americans will be doing — lounging out in the sun in his private swimming pool with a big grin on his face:
Being a lizard, he doesn't waste much time pondering what might make him unique, different, and especially valuable to the universe. It's enough for him to enjoy a sunny afternoon by the pool.
There's a lot to be said for being a lizard.
