LL's Meat Muffins

1¼ pounds ground beef
6 basil leaves, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 slices swiss cheese, shredded
¼ cup corn, frozen
¼ cup peas, frozen
1 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw corn and peas. Set aside ¾ cup of ketchup. Mix the rest of the ingredients thoroughly and divide in a six-muffin muffin pan. Spread remaining ketchup over tops. Bake for 25-30 minutes and serve immediately.
